PUBLISHING
Let allocators read your strategy
Publishing puts your strategy, with Pyrite's analysis of it, in front of the people you choose: a few named contacts, or every allocator on the platform.
They see your detected style, your exposures and your rank among peers, measured with the same tools they apply to every other fund.
You decide how far it goes. Nothing is shared until you sign and switch it on.
Three ways to share
| Report export | Named recipients | All allocators | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What is it | A PDF report you build in the Report Builder | People you name get access to your strategy on Pyrite (Limited Distribution) | Your strategy is visible to every allocator-level subscriber |
| Who sees it | Whoever you send it to | Only your recipients. US persons only | Accredited investors, qualified purchasers, registered advisers and institutional users |
| Pyrite's role | None. Pyrite does not send the report and knows nothing about its recipients | Sends the invitation and keeps a record of each access granted | Displays the listing, with Pyrite's standard disclaimers |
| Cost | Free | $2 per recipient per month | $10 per month |
Analysis, not your data
Recipients can analyze. Your audience can query your strategy with the AI, chart it, compare it with their own funds and peer groups, and build their own reports on it.
They cannot take it away. No one can download your underlying returns, export them, or pass your strategy on to anyone else.
Only you can share. The manager who registered the strategy is the only person who can share it, whatever a recipient's plan.
They know how fresh it is. Every strategy carries the date its data represents. Thirty days after that date, it is marked "Update required" and you receive a reminder.
They read your registration answers. Your manager and strategy registration answers sit next to the analytics: structure, track record, assets, terms and operations.
Share with the people you already talk to
Invite a prospect, a consultant or an existing investor by email. Each one gets access to your strategy on Pyrite, and nothing else
A recipient who is not yet a Pyrite subscriber views their first strategy free, without a subscription. To receive a second strategy, the recipient must upgrade to a certified allocator account.
Recipients must be US persons for now. Each confirms this, with a short acknowledgment that Pyrite is not recommending or offering anything, for every strategy they receive.
Certified allocators have already completed both requirements and get access at once.
You can remove a recipient at any time
Four Steps, on one page of the app
| What you do | |
|---|---|
| 1. Choose a Service | Activate the public strategy. |
| 2. Register as a manager | Your professional background, firm and contact details. Complete this once, update it at any time, and do it beforehand if preferred. |
| 3. Register the strategy | Provide the strategy's structure, track record, assets, terms and operations. Complete this once per strategy. |
| 4. Sign the declaration | Sign the Strategy Publication Declaration once per strategy. Signing does not publish anything. Without it, your strategy cannot be published, shared or exported. Then send invitations or publish. |
The Strategy Publication Declaration, in plain words
Publication is information, not solicitation. By signing, you confirm that:
- Your data is accurate, and you will correct it promptly if it stops being so. Pyrite does not verify it and may label your listing "user-submitted"
- The listing is not an offer. You will not present it as a solicitation, use it as a substitute for offering documents, or say that Pyrite endorses or has verified your strategy.
- Pyrite is not your agent. It is not your placement agent, broker, marketer or representative. You permit allocators to analyze your strategy with Pyrite's toolbox.
- You comply with your own rules, including the SEC Marketing Rule if you are a registered investment adviser, or the antifraud provisions if you rely on an exemption.
- You will tell Pyrite of any regulatory action, material change in status, or investor claim connected to the listing.
You also indemnify Pyrite for claims arising from your listing, and Pyrite may remove or suspend it at any time.
What publication changes for your data
A private strategy is fully protected by the Data Upload & Confidentiality Agreement. Publication changes that, for the data you publish:
It stays on record. Allocators and Pyrite may keep and display published data after you withdraw the strategy or close your account. Withdrawal removes it from active search and listings; it does not purge it from public records.
It feeds the industry statistics. Published data may be used in Pyrite's cross-sectional statistics (distributions, quantiles...) and data products, licensed to subscribers or third parties, and cited in Pyrite's materials.
You can read the Strategy Publication Declaration and the Data Upload & Confidentiality Agreement before you sign.
